5Rhythms Summer-Dance: Play - Dream - Dance

The 13th Summerdance will be dedicated to our conscious movement playfulness and the connection to dreamtime through dance!
The 5Rhythms provide the landscape and give structure to our journey. Every day we explore the theme in terms of one of the five rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Each rhythm opens a space and specific energetic quality for the unique and individual free and conscious movement.
Let us explore the variety of possibilities of immediate expression, body-soul connection and nonverbal communication between each other and in our own inner landscapes! It's a Waves Level Workshop, we work on embodiment and the physical level of expression. No prerequisites needed only the joy of free movement in a group guided by a teacher. Translation into english language will be provided.
Content:
Every day, except the evening of the boat excursion, there are two dance units.
10am - 1pm and 5.15 pm- 8pm
Between the morning and the evening units will be plenty of time to enjoy swimming, resting, hiking, chatting ....
Additional highlights:
Boat Trip and chanting on the lake on Wednesday
Dancing outside with silent disco soundsystem on the Naggler Alm on Thursday!
The Teachers:
Romana brings her love for transformative energy and sparkling chaos, inspiration and the taste of wild freedom into the dance room.
Martin is a Soul Motion® teacher. His free, inspiring style, as well as his love to experiment, distinguish his teachings and his music selection and invites you to be creative and inspiring.

Sunday, July 7th: 17:00 - 17:45 Check-in
18:00 - 21:00: Open Welcoming Wave
(Single ticket for evening guests available: € 35.- Registration required - open for everybody, limited participants!)
Monday to Saturday: Morning units from 10:00 - 13:00
Evening Units from 17:15 - 20:00.
On Wednesday evening,evening boat trip (included in the price).
On Thursday evening open air dance at Naggler Alm.
Our time together ends on Saturday, July 13th at around 13:00.
Venue: WEISSENSEEHAUS, 9762 Techendorf (Next to the Tourist information up the stairs)
Contribution:
I am relatively well situated: € 420 early birds till March, afterwards € 450
Currently I am not so well situated: € 340 early birds till March, afterwards € 350
€ 270 for 5 helpers, please ask as early as possible if you are interested!
